Ever notice that sometimes when you go to your favorites list and pull up the servers (any server saved not just [SS]) that they show N/A? Well according to Steve from Epic it seems that the servers are doing a little port switching. Apparently at some point the server changes it assigned port at random. This causes the N/A listing in your browser as when you save a favorite it also tags the port on which the server is running. Thus the N/A when it can't find you server on the port. What puzzles me is the fact that if you connect anyway the saved shortcut connects you to the correct server no matter what port it is currently running on.
