Mkay, I have a few goodies here, all in very good to like new condition. 1) Powercolor X800 Pro, used about a week, then I got a VIVO. I clocked it to 575/575 with the stock cooler and Arctic Silver 5. This is the "Assassin" edition, and comes with the backpack (never used) and all software, etc. Asking $400 shipped. 2) Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer 4 for ATI X800 cards. It doesn't fit on my mobo along with my Swifty NB HS. Used for about an hour. Asking $30 shipped. 3) Athlon64 3200+ DTR for socket 754. This has the 1 MB L2 cache, and runs @ 2.5 GHz. stable. It tries to do more, maybe with better cooling. Asking $200 shipped. 4) Athlon64 3200+ Desktop chip for socket 754. Also has 1 MB L2 cache, but tops out at a mere 2.4 GHz. lol. Asking $200. All prices fairly firm, but make offers. Doc, I only have hotmail right now, but I'm hoping my good reputation will allow a little minor rule bending. If not, no hard feelings. Ok since I stepped back from reviewing hardware a year ago I need a little help here. What is the difference in the two processors? Spaceman I can start a thread in the hard section about this if you perfer.

The biggest difference physically is the desktop version has an integrated heat spreader, meaning they covered the top with a slab of metal for more contact area. The DTRs and Mobiles come without it, and your heatsink makes direct contact with the core. These 2 both use a 10x multiplier, 1.5vcore default, both are the CG core (better than the older CO), and are downwards unlocked, as long as the mobo supports multi changing. Only FX chips are upwards multi unlocked. Also, the DTRs are supposed to OC better, but not as well as "true" mobiles. Feel free to ask more questions, if I left anything out. :) @ Doc, yeah, Mutz almost spoiled it for me, lol. ;)

Both processors and the Silencer are now sold/traded too. Thanx for looking. :) You'll never guess who's getting a Vapochill. :D :banger: :D It pretty much fell in my lap, cause a guy wanted one of the chips, and asked if I wanted to trade it + some other stuff towards the Vapo. :)
