9500 PRO modding/oc'ing??

Anyone know if there's a way to mod a retail 9500 pro to change the mem interface from 128-bit back to 256-bit? Do you have to have a certain type of 9500 pro for this? The card in question has 4 BGA chips in a straight line on one side of the card, and 4 more in a straight line on the other side of the card.

Also, does anyone know a way to get around the card's clock lock?

Last thing I heard about the OC ability of the card is this (http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=NDA5). I think the mod to get it to 9700 speeds is only for the non-Pro version... :(
